Position on Marijuana Legalization

Against recreational legalization

Co-sponsored Legislation

Comments

As for pot, he is sympathetic to the medical marijuana concept. It isn't a miracle drug, he said, but it does help people and he's known some of them. But California's medical marijuana legislation was a wreck, he said. And he's against recreational use of the substance.
