"Our criminal justice system needs to be reformed. To start we need to decriminalize marijuana possession. In New Jersey we continue to see more arrests for marijuana possession than any other crime. We need to put a stop to this. Many lives and families have been affected. I am also in agreement that medical marijuana can be very helpful in treating chronic illness and comfort the terminally ill. If elected to Congress I would support legislation to make marijuana legal and reform our justice system." Link
