SB 1847- Expands the Usage of Medical Marijuana of 2021

While supporting SB 1494, which would require further testing for impurities in marijuana and require the Department of Health Services to adopt rules to certify marijuana-testing labs, Barto comments, "We had some serious testimony on it just pointing out the need to make sure the quality of what is being prescribed is there and not being contaminated and hurting those that are consuming this product."
