When asked about his position on legalizing marijuana at the federal level, Senator Todd Young stated that it is not his top priority. He continued that he would favor more research on the effects of marijuana consumption before transitioning to say it should be left to the states.
Senator Young believes that the issue of medical marijuana should be left to the states, but has not made comments about whether he personally supports it in his home state of Indiana.
