Q: Do you support the full legalization of marijuana in Florida? Why or why not?

A: I support the use of medical marijuana and I believe that the Federal Government should reclassify marijuana as a “Schedule 3” narcotic, so it can be part of a legal business that operates within the guidelines of the Federal Banking System. The first vote I took in Tallahassee was to allow for smokable medical marijuana. (9/10/20)
