On a Vermont man's marijuana farm being seized by the federal government:
"This type of case can either gain or lose public support for the war on drugs," complained Mark MacDonald, a Democratic state representative from neighboring Williamstown. "I'm absolutely convinced this is wrong. I can`t imagine that Congress intended the law to be used in this fashion." (10/26/89)
