Response to 2020 NC Family Policy Council's question "Should Congress legalize the use of marijuana for medical purposes?" UNDECIDED

He added the note: I am conflicted on this one. If Congress does legalize medical Marijuana then it would need to be
regulated like other drugs. I really believe this is more of a state issue then a federal issue.
