[A] hemp [bill] passed at 0.3% THC not 0%.  If a person wants medical marijuana they probably have it.  Wyoming is NOT going to be the next Oregon, Washington, or Colorado if you want a sustainable hemp industry - the two do not mix.  Ask Colorado; THC levels are above the 0.3% threshold and WY is where CO is asking to come to raise hemp for CBD oil.
