"It's time we give our people what they want and legalize medical cannabis. Too many Kentuckians are suffering, including those battling cancer and our heroic veterans who have sacrificed for us. This safe and effective treatment can provide safe, effective relief." 01/04/23

"We asked Kentuckians if they want medical cannabis, and the response was a resounding yes. Today @GovAndyBeshear signed an executive order allowing those with severe medical conditions to use small amounts legally purchased in another state for their medical treatment beginning Jan. 1. From our veterans suffering from PTSD to cancer patients or those living with multiple sclerosis, medical cannabis can provide relief and an alternative to addictive opioids." Coleman wrote on 11/15/22 on Twitter.
