Regarding a public survey conducted by Kristin Phillips-Hill:

"I asked – you answered! Based on the survey I conducted, + all of the correspondence received to date on the issue, the majority of residents in the 28th District are opposed to the legalization of recreational marijuana with 71% opposed, 26% supportive and 3% undecided." 10/14/19

"I think what I've found is that (these surveys) are a good way to gauge interest in the district," Phillips-Hill said Tuesday. "It's a way that I can assure that I'm listening to the people I'm responsible to. The nice thing about it is that we're able to do this without spending taxpayer dollars." 10/20/19
