“The legalization of marijuana is an issue with avid supporters who cite the benefits and well as detractors who cite the harm that may result. I am actively listening to the constituents in my district and have been polling on this issue since I have been in office. To date, my district is heavily in favor of legalizing marijuana for recreational use. I will continue to poll my district on this issue and I will vote the will of my district at such time as the vote is before the Senate.” (2019)
