I fully support expungement of those who have non-violent marijuana possession charges. Legalization can't happen without righting our wrongs from the past. If we are legalizing it, then we need to do it correctly and that includes expungement.
I fully support expanding Virginia's medical cannabis program. Cannabis has been crucial to so many, I would never oppose policies and legislation that seek to expand on the progress Virginia is making both in the medical cannabis program, and recreational.
