"To help combat the opioid crisis, I recommend immediately decriminalizing all drugs, including marijuana. Governor Wolf could have done this by executive order, if he truly cared! Follow the models set by Portugal in 2001, and treat this problem as a health crisis. 

We need to de-criminalize drugs, stop wasting money on punishing a health crisis, and filling for-profit prisons."
