Users and Addicts are not criminals! Their addictive personalities fall prey to the Cartels and Drug Dealers. Prison doesn’t stop the addiction or Rehabilitate the user. Let’s get hard drug users the help they need. Cannabis is a plant as such as Tobacco. Tobacco kills through cancer. But, yet do to lobbyists the smoking habit continues and is legal. Users of Cannabis are not criminals. Their only crime is the use of a God given plant.
Using drugs illegal or legal for medical purposes should be up to a doctor and a pharmacist and they should be able to do what they do to help the patient and their quality of life with any drug available to them.
