In a Facebook post, Jill Ford said that she is not opposed Medicial Marijuana, but is opposed to passing, Initiative 65, a legislation that would legalize medical marijuana, raising a few concerns with the initiative (September 9, 2020). 

"First, let me be clear in saying I am not against marijuana being properly used for medicinal purposes. In fact, I introduced a bill this past January to benefit those in need and will introduce another in January 2021. However, I am listing several things that concern me greatly with Initiative 65" (September 9, 2020)
