Virginia NORML has endorsed Delegate Jenkins.

Yes I support legalizing and regulation of cannabis because of the benefits on tax revenue, job creation, and other issues where we can move Virginia forward.
If we have legalized marijuana, those who have been penalized for it should automatically have it removed from their records.
Cannabis is useful towards pain reduction and remedies. While initial regulation is needed, we should be seeking in the future to expand medical cannabis so that it's not just a select few places in Virginia. More Virginians should have access to medical cannabis that is local to their area.
