A+ Clinton Jenkins (D - VA) LEGALIZE, TAX, AND REGULATE DECRIMINALIZE MEDICAL USE

Virginia NORML has endorsed Delegate Jenkins.

Holds office State House District 76

Candidate in race for State House District 76 on Tuesday, November 2, 2021

Position on Marijuana Legalization

Yes I support legalizing and regulation of cannabis because of the benefits on tax revenue, job creation, and other issues where we can move Virginia forward.

If we have legalized marijuana, those who have been penalized for it should automatically have it removed from their records.

Position on Medical Marijuana

Cannabis is useful towards pain reduction and remedies. While initial regulation is needed, we should be seeking in the future to expand medical cannabis so that it's not just a select few places in Virginia. More Virginians should have access to medical cannabis that is local to their area.

SB5029 Prohibits Search and Seizure Based Solely on the Odor of Marijuana
