• Create the Indiana Marijuana Regulatory Agency to monitor the cultivation, distribution, quality, and dispensary license procedures of Indiana’s marijuana industry.
• Tax the dispense and sale of marijuana to fund pre-kindergarten through 12 education, community health services, and infrastructure projects.
• Leverage the controlled use of cannabis as a substitute for the use of opioids in the treatment of pain.
