In an article regarding Native American tribes discussing revisions to their marijuana policy Darren Parry reportedly stated "Selling Marijuana will cause more harm than good" 

according to Cachevalleydaily, in a facebook livestream this year (2020), Parry discussed the issue of discrimination against minorities in the American judicial system, at one point claiming "90 percent of the people in jail today are for drug offenses and most of them are merely users."
