On the Erin Tobin's campaign website she says:

"We will be able to have public hearings throughout the summer as well. I have said from the beginning, that medical marijuana needs to be instigated safely with access for all people who would medically benefit. If we had instigated this July 1, 2021 I don’t think we could have served the true goals of this program. I ran on the premise that I would do what’s best for SD and my District. A reliable, stable, and prudent Medical Marijuana product is best for SD. I believe HB 1100 is the best route to do so." 2/10/22
