Candidate submitted the following statement directly to NORML on September 29, 2020. 

"I say treat it like alcohol, and if a doctor prescribes it, exempt it from taxes same as any prescription medication. Yes to home grow, no tax unless you're selling it. Somewhere there was mention of home grow limited to 99 or fewer plants, sounds as good as any to me but I'm an engineer, I follow the science. I don't have that as one of my top 3 issues, but it's no secret if it comes up in conversation."
