Support - Wyoming leaves tens of millions of dollars a year by not legalizing and regulating marijuana use. This senseless policy decision further costs millions in our criminal justice system and keeps people from being able to make their own personal choices regarding medical cannabis. We should legalize and regulate cannabis so that our state economy can grow and attract new industries. 

Support - We spend millions of dollars incarcerating people for marijuana possession. It should be no business of the government's whether or not an individual possesses marijuana. 

Support - Medical cannabis has a wide range of benefits for a variety of health issues. It should be the right of every patient in Wyoming to be able to access medical cannabis.
