What I support is the complete removal of ALL legislation surrounding the marijuana. I want the plant to be treated by the government in the same manner as they treat a fern or a ficus.

I completely support the expungement of records related to non-violent marijuana possession charges, including those involving a combination of non-violent events like simply possessing a weapon (legal) at the time of arrest for possession of a plant. Until such time as that person hurts another individual or tries to deprive them of property through force, coercion, or deception, there is no victim in the situation.

I'm certain there are complex medical reasons to give here, but simply put, marijuana's effects and side-effects are far better than those of addictive opiates currently prescribed for pain management.
