Legalization will provide a new source of revenue to the state of Virginia while allowing access to the theraputic benefits of marijuana to all Virginians.

The fact that there are individuals enriching themselves through the legal sale of marijuana while others, primarily POC, are either behind bars or have records for doing the same is a moral crisis. The only equitable solution is the automatic expungement of all records of non-violent marijuana possession and sale charges.

I would support licensed dispensaries across the state, including those that offer delivery, for medical marijuana patients in Virginia.
