Dr. Kermit Jones fully supports legalization of marijuana.  He has the Sac Bee endorsement, which says that the former Navy flight surgeon and Iraq veteran “brimming with thoughtful proposals on health care, wildfire resilience and more.” Dr. Jones is also a lawyer, and was a White House fellow during the Obama administration. His Health Care Plan would “decriminalize certain drug offenses and encourage rehabilitation programs as an alternative to incarceration.”
