I believe the legalization marijuana is a needed component of criminal justice reform.
Legalizing and regulating the responsible use of marijuana by adults could serve as an economic boom for our state and falls in line with our nation’s evolving understanding about marijuana and it’s positive attributes.
Decriminalizing simple possession of marijuana begins to support efforts toward criminal justice reform.
I support the expungement of non violent marijuana possession convictions along with the restoration of all rights that said individuals lost as a result of those charges.
There is scientific proof that cannabis has medicinal benefits and we should have legislation in place that supports the science.
