I support the use of medical marijuana and even in the cases of when it can help reduce a person's dependence on opioids. However, I think that the marijuana can be regulated in a way to help get more people access to health care. The excess money can be used in a way that we do not have to raise taxes on the people of South Carolina.
If it can be regulated, then yes! Just like a said, the excess money could South Carolinian s better access to health care and a lower chance of taxes having to be raised.
If the drug is regulated and people can use it in moderation, then I believe that it can benefit South Carolina. We use the money to pay taxes so that South Carolina may not have to see see a tax increase at least in the short term.
Statement regarding automatic expungement of non-violent marijuana possession convictions.

Medical cannabis is good because it can help reduce the pain and stress of patients who are suffering from pain or those who have a terminal illness. I want the best for our citizens and I would support this action.
