I fully support all efforts from the federal government to legalize and decriminalize marijuana. 

Moving simple marijuana possession to a civil infraction would free up a lot of docket time in our criminal court system.

As somebody who suffers with a debilitating illness, Parkinson's Disease, I would serve to directly benefit from medical marijuana. I support all efforts to legalize marijuana for medical use federally and at a state level. 

Thousands of Americans are denied access to jobs, housing, security clearances, and education because of possessing a plant. I fully support the automatic expungement of all prior nonviolent marijuana possession convictions.
