Support - Regulated marijuana is safer marijuana. By starving the black market, we have the opportunity to ensure marijuana consumed by Wyomingites is safe and free from additives like fentanyl and other nefarious additives. We must also look to other states to see what has worked to enforce sober driving.
Support - There is enough data from other states to understand the benefits of decriminalization. Law enforcement has more important issues to focus on than an individual possessing a personal use amount of marijuana.
Support - There is enough available data to support legalizing the medical use of marijuana. It frustrates me to hear about doctors recommending the benefits to their patients and loosing the economic benefits to Colorado. It also pains me to see friends and neighbors struggle with the idea of breaking the law to get some needed relief from medical conditions.
