Candidate in race for State House District 99 on Tuesday, November 5, 2024
Marijuana usage should be at the discretion of the individual who uses it. All people in jail for non-violent marijuana convictions should be released, and all convictions expunged. Police should not be able to initiate a search of person or property based solely on their assertion that they smell marijuana.
Do you support the decriminalization of cannabis and other measures that reduce penalties for non-violent, victimless crimes? |
