Comments

"Federal laws criminalizing cannabis are outdated and harmful. Today Congress passed the MORE Act to right the wrongs of the War on Drugs and decriminalize cannabis at the federal level." (12/04/20)

On Feb. 12, 18 House reps sent a letter to Pres Obama requesting he "instruct Attorney General Holder to delist or classify marijuana in a more appropriate way." The signees include 17 Dems and one Republican.

Republicans are all about states' rights...until they disagree with the law. Time for Trump admin to respect the will of the people and allow those states that want to regulate marijuana to do so.
