NO, IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. MARIJUANA IS NOTHING MORE THAN A GATEWAY DRUG. I'M CONVINCED OF THAT. I DID READ WERE SPEAKER BOEHNER HAD JOINED THAT. WHEN HE STOOD HAPPEN HERE, MARIJUANA IS A SCHEDULE ONE DRUG. THEREFORE, NO RESEARCH HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THAT. I HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE D.A. WE WILL BE OFFERING LEGISLATION -- I WILL OFFER AN AMENDMENT TO MAKE SCHEDULE ONE DRUG -- TO ALLOW FOR RESEARCH ON SCHEDULE ONE DRUGS. THOSE ARE DRUGS THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY MEDICINAL USE AT THIS TIME, BUT WE TO BE ABLE TO RESEARCH ON IT.
