"Discouraging law enforcement from protecting children against the dangers of using marijuana and alcohol is a major problem and the Legislature needs to step in to fix the flawed laws, yet again." (April 16, 2021).

"There are virtually no penalties for kids who decide that they want to use marijuana and alcohol,” said Bramnick (R-Union). “Parents are left out of the equation, and that has nothing to do with social justice. Police and parents will not be able to do anything, and kids will know that. Democrats have lost their grasp on reality." (February 22, 2021).
