Representative Herrero voted yes on the Compassionate Use Act and coauthored HB81 to decriminalize marijuana. He didn’t support 2107 for medical marijuana and would have received a “C” grade. But as former chair of the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee in 2015 he passed HB2165 to fully legalize marijuana out of Committee.
