Mr. Mckeon wrote in an Op-Ed that he supports legalization as long as two criteria are met: protecting the medical market with subsidies/tax leniency; as well as the introduction of a state regulated bank that could handle dispensary (medical and recreational) money, while avoiding federal interference.
