Again, I want as little power in Washington manifested as possible, and I want to see as much governing authority - and manifestation of that authority - at the state local level as possible, and this is the perfect example of it. If the state of Alabama decides that they want to legalize medical marijuana in cases where people have cancer or neurological disorders, where we know for a fact it's helpful, have at it, you know, that's a state function.
