Molinaro said he wants to see expanded access to medical marijuana. He said, for instance, people on the autism spectrum may benefit from an expanded program.

Regarding legalizing recreational marijuana — as several surrounding states are in the process of — Molinaro said he thinks New York has not asked or answered the questions necessary just yet.

Those questions include second-hand smoke, labor laws and drug testing, and being better prepared for those who may have addiction issues. Link
